Who can apply
BC residents who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons, studying at a public Canadian post-secondary school or programme when applying. A private school qualifies only if the programme is unavailable publicly. Graduate and postgraduate students are ineligible. A recent reference letter is required.
