Funding for Northwest Territories residents taking an early childhood development diploma or degree. Part-time and full-time study, including online programs, are eligible.

Who can apply
You must be an NWT resident enrolled part-time or full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution in a diploma or degree directly focused on early childhood development. Preference may go to first-year students, previous non-recipients, applicants from small NWT communities, those planning an early childhood career in the NWT after graduation, and part-time applicants working in licensed child care programs. The source excludes Hay River, Fort Smith, Fort Simpson, Inuvik, Norman Wells and Yellowknife from its small-community preference.
