Who can apply
High school, college and graduate students, including home-schooled students, studying in the US or Canada and legally resident in the continental US or Canada. Applicants must have been affected by Alzheimer's disease. Those under 18 need parental consent; sponsor employees and their households are excluded.
How to apply
Apply through Submittable with a written profile of up to 750 words, up to three still images, or a still-image multimedia story with a written brief. AI-generated content is prohibited. Submissions are accepted year-round; the 2027 deadline is April 1, 2027 at 11:59pm PT. Questions: humans@wearehfc.org.
