Who can apply
Canadian citizens or permanent residents entering university for the first time in September 2027, born between January 1, 2005 and September 1, 2011, with a cumulative average of at least 88%. CÉGEP applicants must be in their last year with an R score of at least 29. Other current post-secondary students are ineligible.
